In my 28 years as a healer, I have been privileged to hold space for so many beautiful people as they travel on this life journey.
As a naturopathic physician I incorporate scientific medical knowledge with a deep trust in the healing power of nature and the wisdom of the body. As a body-worker I hold space for the somatic experience of living in a body, and as a shamanic healer I work with archetypal energies of spirit to access a deeper recovery.
I've been humble witness to the great healing that can come from connecting to our deep inner resources and dreaming a new life for ourselves, transmuting pain and longing into personal power and agency.
