Learn a powerful method to access your Deep Inner Knowing and Connect with Spirit in this monthly circle where we work with the ancient art of the shamanic journey.

In my 30 years as a healer, I have been privileged to hold space for so many beautiful people as they travel on this life journey.
As a naturopathic physician I incorporate scientific medical knowledge with a deep trust in the healing power of nature and the wisdom of the body. As a bodyworker I hold space for the somatic experience of living in a body, and as a shamanic healer I work with archetypal energies of spirit to access a deeper recovery.
I've been humble witness to the great healing that can come from connecting to our deep inner resources and dreaming a new life for ourselves, transmuting pain and longing into personal power and agency.
